First Sergeant Scott Gutzke was brought up on charges of "destruction of government property" by Battery Commander Captain Eric Peterson.  First Sergeant Gutzke allegedly knocked a jacket into a fire at the re-enactment in Juneau, WI in August.  He was tried at the re-enactment at the Old Wade House State Historical Site in Greenbush, WI on October 2-3, 1999.  First Sergeant Gutzke was acquitted of all charges due to a lack of evidence.
