All of the men formed up at the  National Civil War Artillery Safety School (hosted by the 4^th Military District, Sons of Veterans Reserve and the American Civil War Artillery Association) at Boscobel, WI on May 21-23, 2004.  Yes, those are storm clouds in the background.  We had 6 inches of rain in 3 hours Friday night and 9 inches in 4 hours on Saturday night!
